Joe will coach us on how to create a culture that more effectively develops the skills, behaviors and beliefs you require of your team to achieve greater success. Joe is an Award-Winning banking expert with over 30 years of banking and sales leadership experience. He has been recognized throughout his career for his strategic, innovative and collaborative approach to achieving exceptional results for his team, his bank and his clients. Joe has held senior management positions at financial institutions in Australia, Canada and the USA developing an intrinsic knowledge and understanding of global markets. This valuable experience has ideally positioned Joe to share insights on universal best practices for achieving greater growth and building a dynamic culture. In 2022, Joe Micallef is on a mission to re-energize bankers, to lift their spirits and to get them excited about creating a better quality of life for their customers and themselves.
