Restructure? Take the collateral? Sue? Organized by the financial institutions practice group of Zimney Foster P.C., this three‐part virtual series will provide you with a simulated loan file containing common problems seen by attorneys when reviewing authentic loan files. The virtual sessions will be recorded and available for 30 days after the live sessions. Note: Each participant will receive a complete and comprehensive simulated troubled loan file. Registration FeesMembers: $175 per person About the SpeakerTracy Kennedy, an attorney with more than 20 years of experience in loan documentation and troubled loan recovery, will walk you through the steps of responding to the troubled loan from start to finish, discussing alternative options and resolutions along the way. Tracy will further discuss the practical issues that arise when recovering the debt, including the sale of collateral, application of proceeds to the debt, and the foreclosure of real estate.
